A category-leading building materials company is hiring a Regional Sales Manager for North India: a ₹120 Cr book, 25 field colleagues and 400+ channel partners.

The mandate is growth: deepen dealer relationships, expand into tier-2 towns and build a data-driven sales cadence.

What you'll do

Own regional revenue, collections and market-share targets
Lead, coach and develop a 25-person field sales team
Expand distribution into identified tier-2/3 towns
Run monthly business reviews with top channel partners
Partner marketing on influencer (mason/architect) programmes

What you'll bring

6–12 years in channel sales; building materials/adjacent preferred
Proven team leadership of 10+ field colleagues
Track record of verified target achievement (we check)
Strong dealer/distributor relationship management
Extensive travel readiness across North India
