About the role

A global FMCG company seeks an HRBP for its 400-person commercial organisation in North India. The HR team is known for genuine business partnership, not administration.

You will drive talent reviews, org design conversations, engagement initiatives and coach first-line sales leadership.

What you'll do

Run talent reviews and succession planning for the commercial org
Coach sales leadership on team performance and engagement
Lead annual compensation review cycles with rewards COE
Manage employee relations cases with care and rigour
Drive engagement action plans from survey insights

What you'll bring

4–8 years in HRBP roles, FMCG/consumer sector preferred
MBA/PGDM in HR from a recognised institute
Experience partnering field/sales organisations
Strong grounding in labour-law basics and ER handling
Willingness to travel to regional offices monthly
