About the role

A listed global manufacturing group is strengthening the controllership function of its India entity (₹1,800 Cr revenue). You will report to the Financial Controller and manage a team of five.

This is a hands-on controllership role: close, compliance, audit and controls — with visibility to group CFO leadership.

What you'll do

Own monthly, quarterly and annual close to group timelines
Lead statutory, internal and group audits end to end
Maintain IndAS-compliant books and technical accounting memos
Strengthen internal financial controls and SOX-style testing
Manage and develop a team of five accountants

What you'll bring

Chartered Accountant with 6–10 years post-qualification
Strong IndAS technical accounting; listed-entity experience preferred
Hands-on with SAP FICO or a comparable ERP
Proven audit management with Big-4 auditors
People-management experience of 3+ direct reports
